Future Generali has launched two new motor insurance products, Future Xpress+ and Future Xpress with the objective to offer customers more personalised service and speedy motor claims settlement. The two plans have been designed after studying value preposition, scope for increasing penetration and market share and incorporating customer focus and effective cost control initiatives

 

 

 

 

Earlier problems with motor insurance were:

  • segment on quantum of loss was not available
  • the survey request and document verification was an elaborate and exhaustive process.
  •  It was mandatory to have the vehicle surveyed pre and post repairs
  • claim settlement typically happened post repairs and the submission of relevant documents to the workshop surveyor.
  •  Both the insurer and the insured had very little control on the entire process of confirming the liability post repairs.

Future Xpress-Plus has been targeted for those who are keen to get their loss assessed and also the claims finalised on the spot with an option to get vehicle repaired at workshop of choice and convenience.

The second product ‘Future Xpress‘ is for those who wants to get their vehicle repaired on priority. This repair work at lower costs in association with personalized service from the Insurer.

Both Future Xpress and Future Xpress+ simplify the process through segregation of smaller claims that can be treated differently at multiple touch points.
