WHAT IS COVERED:

PREMIUM

Premium rate depends upon trade & occupation of different categories of employees. Rating will be done by classification of risks mentioned in erstwhile Workmen Compensation tariff.

The rate for different compensation are as follows:

RATE CHART SUM INSURED 50000 rate as per WC Tariff as per Trade or Business Χ 10 subject to Rs. 75/- 100000 rate as per WC Tariff as per Trade or Business Χ 12.5 subject to Rs. 100/- 150000 rate as per WC Tariff as per Trade or Business Χ 15 subject to Rs. 125/-  

The total premium chargeable under the policy will be premium per person covered multiplied by the number of employees to be covered. PROPOSAL FORM Duly completed proposal form should be obtained before acceptance.
