| Mr. G. P. Singh, retired Sr. Executive from Reserve Bank of India (RBI), brings five decades of experience to Bonsai Group. In his last role, Mr. Singh was in charge of Foreign Exchange, New Delhi. He has worked in various capital cities for RBI i.e. Patna, Delhi, and Hyderabad. As a non executive Chairman of Bonsai Board, Mr. Singh (70), armed with Banking, Insurance, Law and Commerce degree provides maturity, knowledge & guidance to the company. He is also a BAR member and practicing Lawyer in Delhi & Shimla Courts. |

| An MBA in Insurance & Technology, with 10 yrs of work experience, Mr. Niraj Jain remains the foundation pillars for Bonsai’s present and future growth plan.
Mr. Niraj Jain as CEO & Principal Officer of Bonsai Group including India’s first online Insurance Broking portal http://www.InsuranceMall.in, wish to carry out the important role of Sales, Business Development and Growth of the company through partnership and collaboration. During his last stint at Thomas Cook Insurance Services, he successfully covered & managed the entire cycle of Underwriting and Claims Support activities. He also led Insurance Module in the FOS and Chrysalis Home Office Projects. Niraj brings virtues of customer focus and teamwork to Bonsai. Niraj, a terrific people manager and relationship professional has all the necessary qualifications and exposure to lead Bonsai International Group to great heights.

Apart from running his multiple companies, Mr. Srivastava is also a consultant and advisor to various business groups in India and Abroad. Mr. Asutosh Srivastava’s knowledge of the Insurance, Technology and business acumen is the driving force behind Bonsai’s growth and success. |

| Rajesh Kumar, B.A.(H) and LL.B. from Delhi University with an exemplary academic record. He joined Indian Revenue Service (Indirect Taxes) in 1995 and served the Union of India in various capacities in the area of Customs, Central Excise, service Tax and Narcotics. Since 2003, he has been advising some of the most reputed companies in the field of Indirect Taxation. Presently Mr. Kumar is a practicing Advocate and is lawyering for various reputed corporates. He is also a prolific writer and writes for various reputed journals in areas of taxation, good governance and human rights. |
